It's been awhile, to say the least. Ok, it's been so long that my previous blog disappeared. I suppose I can find it again, but why bother.
Of late, I started thinking a lot more about education, in particular about education and technology and how to effectively marry the two. It isn't that I've never thought of them, it's just that my mind's a little flooded with ideas and thoughts so I thought it's be good to start blogging again and use it as a platform to share my ideas. But this isn't just about those. It's basically about me and my ideas and/or reflections.
Speaking of which, I went for a swim yesterday with a friend and her 10-year-old daughter, Ashley. We had a great time together, and Tarz and I learnt to play Marco Polo.Mega fun. Anyway, Ashley is the only kid I know who has been homeschooled, although this was only for a short period of time. She had also studied in an international school in Laos. It was interesting to see her with other young kids. She doesn't seem to interact as well with them as she does with us. Considering Tarz and I plan to homeschool our kids, this is definitely something we need to pay attention to.
